A DIFFTY is an ever-changing physical and digital concept. The name stands for Different Types and Different Ties coming together... potentially to build something new! 

This experiment was born from a simple truth: fiat currency is not the most valuable frequency in this world. "Fiat" in Latin really means "by decree" or "it shall be." 

Really makes you think?!?

Currency is currently backed by nothing but words - no commodity, no intrinsic value - just a society assigned value. That's why most forms of financial tools are referred to as fiat currency...

We spend so much time fighting, stressing, and trading our lives for a currency that is inherently less valuable than creativity itself. The DIFFTY experiment asks you to question that reality. Time, attention, connection, and people are the true currencies of our world.

The Medium is the Message:

Modern currency is printed on recycled plastic containing traces of beef tallow. In response, I started printing "knock-off" notes on leather, and later on denim and other fabrics. 

But here is the satirical twist: the conventional currency is the actual knock-off. Because art has tangible energy. Art holds the real value of the artist's energy and attention put into every piece!

This isn't just an art piece; it's a community in the making...
